Overview

A browser-based VJ tool for live visual performances, built entirely as a single self-contained HTML file. Phosphene generates reactive visuals that respond to audio input and manual controls, designed for live DJ sets and art installations.

The challenge

Can a single HTML file replace dedicated VJ software for live visual performance?

The approach

Pure HTML/CSS/JS with WebGL and Web Audio API. Zero dependencies, zero build step. Runs in any modern browser.
